Coaching

The coaching I offer focuses on aligning who you are with what you do within the realities of your work and life. It creates space to think clearly, reflect honestly and take practical steps forward.

You might explore coaching if:

– You feel restless in your current role
– You’re navigating a transition or new opportunity
– You sense something needs to shift but cannot yet name it
– You want to better outwork who you are in work or wider life

Whatever your starting point, we focus on clarity and considered next steps.

How and what

We start with your context: your role, constraints, energy, tensions and recurring questions in work or wider life. From there, we look at how who you are is currently being expressed and where it is not. We notice patterns in your energy, decisions and frustrations, and consider what might be adjusted, strengthened or tested.

Where helpful, we may draw on tools such as Strengths Profile, which explores what energises you, or VIA Character Strengths. Free versions of these are available. They are used as prompts for reflection, never as labels or boxes.

What we might explore:

– How who you are connects with what you do, in work and wider life
– Your strengths, motivations and values in practice
– Where you feel energised and where you feel consistently drained
– Navigating transition or role change
– Recrafting your current role
– Starting or joining something meaningful

Developing my practice

I am currently undertaking the ILM Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring and working towards accreditation with the EMCC. My training has also included coaching development with Nick Wright and 3D Coaching. Ongoing development and reflective practice are important to me, and I am committed to growing my coaching with care and integrity. If you are wondering how to better align who you are with what you do, I would love to explore that with you.

If you are interested in working together, please get in touch and I can share more about availability and fees.
